    Please note that upon acceptance, you will be asked to pay a non-refundable* deposit of $1008. We are limiting participants to 8 people, and spots will be considered reserved on the basis of deposits received. Then the remainder of the tuition ($2880) will be due on Novmember 1st.

    * Of course, if the organizers have to cancel the trip for any reason, your full deposit will be refunded. We do not foresee this happening.
