Common GroundHonouring the Divine in the EverydayAn absolutely unique opportunity! Join Dylan and Ürün as they explore the interactions of different streams of the Krishnamacarya yoga lineage. We will practice deeply and richly each day. We will laugh and marvel in nature. Our intention is to find the blessings and teachings from diverse sources.Dylan Bernstein and Ürün Kurtiç have spent the majority of their young lives pursuing actual yoga teachings and practices. They seek to ingest whole and integrate the fullness of these wonderfully transformative lineages.This rare retreat offers time with teachers who examine the lunar & the solar, the sacred & the mundane, the intuitive & the structured and the interplay of dualities. Most importantly, this is all of service to your own personal lifelong yoga practice. May we enjoy our time walking Common Ground.The retreat will offer Morning Mysore each day. Both teachers will help individuals in their self-guided practice. In the afternoons, Ürün will offer restorative Vinyasa Krama and Pranayama. There will be workshops on specific asana-vinyasa skills as well as a discussion of the importance of the Divine Mother. Dylan will lead two nature walks, one guided and one in silent meditation. This retreat is open to absolutely everyone, especially those modifying asana for injury prevention or other conditions. We welcome the most diverse group imaginable.
